25 meter tire drag with 25lb plate in tire
peanut, x 3 areas, two rolls each area

5x bench press (rds 3,4,5 @ 115lbs)
25 meter tire pull with rope, hand over hand with 25lb plate in tire
3x squat stand
This was only my second time to do the bench press. My first goal is to be able to bench my body weight as a 1 rep max (145 lbs). I loved this workout and the great coaching I get from Todd.
