STRENGTH SESSION
Warm up
4 rounds w. 65lb barbell
6 x deadlift
6 x squat clean
6 x push press
6 x push ups
100 meter run

8 rounds
3 x squat clean + push press working up to difficult but doable (145lbs yay!)
pigeon stretch

6 rounds
5 x back squat (165lbs)
5 x jingle jangles
3 floor angel stretch

6 rounds
8 x bench press, working up to difficult but doable (120lbs yay!)
peanut
2 x tarzan pull ups

The weather was perfect. Thanks to my partner Ben B, Coach Jake and Todd for helping me with my form on several movements (floor angel, bench press, squat clean). I learned about spotting bench press correctly (via Jake, via M. Rippetoe). I've only done bench press at Atomic (ever). I'm feeling like my body and mind are in a transitional phase and I'm looking forward at seeing whatI can do 3 months from now in all domains that Atomic teaches (strength, work capacity, and stamina). The sky is the limit!!
