Warm Up
6 x romanian deadlifts
6 x hang cleans
6 x front squats
6 x push ups
instep

6 rounds
4 x power cleans (finshed with 170lbs x 3 and 165lbs x 1 - WOOT!)
15 x IT band/leg side stretches

6 rounds
5 x deadlift (195lbs- time was running out--could have done more)
lock and load x 1 each side

6 rounds
DB military press (worked up to 35lb DBs)
5 x barbell rows
mantis x 3

Had a great time with power cleans today especially after doing squat cleans yesterday. I had a couple shitty looking lifts when it got heavy, but isnt that the way it is with heavy lifts?  It's hard to predict how it's going to go up (or not) and how fast you need to get under the bar to catch it in a 3/4 squat.
