Complete the same number of burpees as team member#1
Multiply the number of burpees x 7, collect the same amount of pennies in coin purse

Station 3
Each team member performs the same number of reps of the following:
barbell thrusters, OH walking lunges with 45lb plate, push ups
Number of reps for our team: 27
Final:
As a team, carry a loaded barbell back to the finish (1.5 miles!) along with your coin purse of pennies
Our barbell: 135lbs!
Finish:
Drop off your barbell and then pack your pennies into coin envelopes until they are all packaged... then call time!
Our Time: 1:05
Carrying that 135lb barbell was HARD but we did it! I am very sore today but happy.
