I was dehydrated and had a headache before I started from my crazy day at work and I PAID FOR IT!
I completed 5 rounds and 6 turkish get ups on WOD#1. I felt "sick" half way thru the suicide sprints. I managed to finish WOD#3. I'll be back at it in the morning. Gotta get rehydrated and some rest !
