I'm not sure if anyone has tried doing this but me and my gorillas are going to test it out for size tomorrow. I've been resting now for the last 3 days and I'm getting pretty amped up for this one folks!
I made up the rules to make it a bit more interesting and adventurous. Here is the deal:
1) Tomorrow morning we will pair up with our first teammate and then draw the first WOD out of a hat.
2) At 7:30 am, we will do WOD #1, 8:30 WOD#2, 09:30 WOD#3 and so on...
3) The 2 person teams can knock out the WOD anyway they want using as much weight as they feel safe lifting. This may mean teammate #2 needs a lighter load or maybe not because both partners can lift rx wt (mens or wmns).
4) After each WOD, the teams switch partners before the next WOD is drawn out of the hat so that you have a different partner each time.
5) There will be a winning team every hour but no overall winner because we are all just having fun doing this.
We plan to take photos to document our effort. Everyone is invited to come out to cheer us on. Should be interesting!
