Swim 500 meters at Deep Eddy Pool

Run to Austin High Track
Mini Angie - 25 pull ups, 25 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 squats

Run down the trail to bottom of spiral path by Lamar Pedestrian bridge
25 box jumps (on rocks)
Full leg blaster - 20 squats, 20 lunges, 10 jumping squats,10 jumping lunges,
25 box jumps (on rocks)

Run up the spiral path and then down the new ramp
Bear crawl up the ramp, then run down the spiral path and back to Deep Eddy Pool

Burpee broad jumps up the spiral path by the pull ups bars at Deep Eddy Pool.
